Titleless

Yesterday, I met up with a friend at a Dunkin Donuts shop and as we are talking, I look out the window and there is a man laying in the middle of a two lane busy road. I couldn't believe it. Everyone is just watching this man lay in the street with oncoming traffic. I wasn't sure what was going on...was he intoxicated/suicidal? (both are sadly common in Korea)

Finally, a man picked him up and carried him off the street. Just ten minutes later, he is back laying in the street. It was assumed he was wanting to get hit. The suicide rate here is one of the highest in the world - sad stuff. Eventually, the police came and the situation was resolved.
