Last weekend I went to Daechon Beach with about 17 coworkers - the largest group of foreigners I have yet to travel with in Korea. We took a school bus there, which took nearly 3 hours. The bus was of course equiped with karaoke - so we sang a little. We also got news that the previous president of Korea had just died. We turned on the news and it was later confirmed that he willingly jumped off of a mountain to his death. Shocking and sad news.
The rest of the weekend was spent on the beach. We even played soccer in the sand :) I miss playing a whole lot. I got the skateboard out as well.
It was a blessed weekend.
